A quality paella pan is the essential tool for a great paella dish. Each style and quality pan has its advantages and they can be used on a simple stovetop, gas, charcoal grill or on a gas burners. Most of the pans are shallow and have sloping sides, which helps the rice cook evenly and develops more intense flavor. Our authentic paella pans do not come with matching lids, since paella is traditionally cooked in an open paella pan, but a cover can always be useful to cover the pan when done cooking. If you would like the option of covering the pan, we do carry universal lids in various sizes. We also carry gas-propane burners, which are a great way to cook authentic paella on your deck or back yard. Light a fire under your new paella pan with one of our convenient gas burners or forged steel tripods. They're perfect for large events, outdoor parties and when you want to use a pan that's too big for your stove or oven.
