Enameled Black Steel Paella Pans - This heavy gauge (2.2 mm body thickness) pan responds very quickly to changes in temperature. The pan is shallow with flat bottom. This paella pan has enameled coating for easy cleaning. Enameled handles (oven safe) riveted on either side. Can be used on all stove top (not induction) and in the oven. Made in Spain with a 10 year warranty.
