NO...you place an order directly or you can created an account to place an order. By opening an account, you will be able to access your history, edit information, track you orders and receive promotional information.
I entered the wrong information when creating my account, how do I make corrections?
To edit the information on your account go to My Account and click on Edit Customer Info to make the necessary changes.
I have forgotten my password, can you help me?
Unfortunately, we do not have access to this information. By clicking on "Forgot your Password?", an automatic response will be sent to your e-mail with your password.
How do I check the status of my order?
Sign onto your account and select the order number under Order History. The status of your order will be updated as we proceed with your order.
Can I make changes or cancel my order once completed?
Yes, as long as the package has not been sent. For any changes to your order, please sent to order@creativeCoffee.ca as soon as possible!
What happens if one of the items ordered is not in stock?
If an ordered item is currently out of stock we will contact you ASAP with the delay time. You will be provided the option to replace the item or have your money refunded.
Are there taxes on the products?
NO taxes applied to any orders.
Can I place an order by phone?
We do not take phone orders. Orders are placed online ONLY on our secure site and are cleared instantly. Orders are processed same day with No minimum order.

COVID-19 Update - WE ARE OPENED
Please be advised our web site remains open and all orders are being fulfilled and shipped on time.
Due to concerns with the Covid-19 pandemic we can confirm that we remain committed to our customers. Although we have reduced our operating hours and staff, we are open through our online business and are able to ship orders to you. We are committed to our employees and customer's health and safety and thus, have implemented daily cleaning procedures within our warehouse and showroom.
However our showroom is now closed and no pick up of orders and/or drop off for repairs will be allowed.
Orders received prior to 3pm EST will be shipped out the same day USPS.

How does our Free shipping policy work?
Free shipping over $79.99, otherwise it's only $9.95 within USA (except Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii ) where Fedex ground and USPS regular service is available. We fully insure our shipments. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
What are the shipping options available?
We ship most packaged with Expedited Parcel Services with Fedex and USPS depending your location. Valid where Fedex has regular service and a few exceptions may apply.
How quickly will my order be shipped to me?
All orders will be usaully shipped out the same day (orders received before 3pm ET), otherwise it get shipped next business day, unless otherwise specified.
Once my order is shipped, when should I expect to receive my order?
Shipping times are approximations for Ground Parcel service with FedEx Ground and USPS.
Delivery Times below ground service are calculated in business days and do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Delivery times are approximate and are never guaranteed. Weather delays are always possible. Please note: we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but extra shipping charges do apply.
I will receive a confirmation for my order?
Once your order has been validated, an order confirmation will be provided via e-mail as soon as possible. Please ensure you have provided us with a valid e-mail address.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your package has been sent, we will email you a tracking number. You an also find the tracking number in your Order History.
Can I receive a package to a different address then my billing address?
yes, this process is during the check out part of your transactions.
We will gladly accept any returns or If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. Refund will be less our shipping and handling fees (our actual cost to send you the goods.). Shipping fees to receive an order are not refundable when one chooses to return the product ordered. You will need to send us back the package prepaid.
If you had free shipping with your order and return any items, you will be charged the exact shipping amount we paid to ship your order. Items must be in new and unused condition, with it's original packaging. It can be returned within 90 days of purchase date with a Return Merchandise authorization number (RMA#).
We are unable to accept unauthorized returns. In order to return any items you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number ( RMA# ) and instructions on where to send the package back to us. We will also need to know why the item is being returned. You will need to supply us with your name and order number.
Allow 7 days before inquiring about return credits. Please clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of your returned box.
Important Note: Please make sure to keep all original boxes of the purchased item, along with the packing materials. You will need them in the event of returns or warranty issues. If you believe your item is having functional problems from the start, you must contact us within three (3) business days from the date you received the merchandise.
Problems due to a manufacturing defects are covered under a manufacturer warranty. The item will have to be sent back to us, to be verified by a qualified technician. Creative Cookware and the manufacturer will determine the cause of the problem and decide to repaired or replaced the item.
