Carbon Steel Paella Pans with Enamel red steel Handles - This gauge (2 mm body thickness) pan responds very quickly to changes in temperature. This pan is shallow with a dimpled flat bottom. Has two enameled handles (oven safe) riveted on either side. Can be used on all stove top (not induction) and oven. Made in Spain.
Please note: when choosing a pan, servings are in European sizes which tend to be smaller portions. For example, if you are looking for a paella pan that serves 4 people, then a 6 servings paella pan would be the best choice.
