LACOR Stainless steel Mandoline Slicer with Carrying Case - This mandoline slicer made of 18/10 stainless steel is ideal for slicing various fruit and vegetables. Designed to slice, julienne, crinkle and waffle cut, It has rotating cutting blades (selection control) and a glide plate with thickness adjustment incorporated on the unit. A black ABS plastic hand guard grips and slides fruit and vegetables along the glide plate while protecting the fingers from the blades. The slicer is made of 18/10 stainless steel with sturdy rubber handle and feet. Measures 15.5" L x 5" W x 9.5" H and weighs 5 Ibs. Lifetime warranty.
- turn the selection control to choose the thichness of cut between 0-3-6-9 mm
- at the julienne 9 position you can obtain slices that are 9 mm wide
- turn the control clockwise to the julienne 3 postion to obtain slices taht are 3 mm wide.
- turn the selctor to the position and use the lower handle to adjust the thickness of irregular, wavy cut.
