The Giesser Messer color coded Knives come with a stamped blade and are fully molded TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) plastic handles. This material is specially slip proof, gives a comfortable and secure grip.
The coloured handles allow you to code each knife to avoid cross contamintaion of food products. The hardened steel blade provides excellent initial sharpness and cutting edge retention. Made in Germany with a lifetime warranty.
