Giesser 8"- 21cm Universal / Bread Red Knife. Wavy edge, black plastic handle. Cut slice after slice well. This bread knife is easy to handle even with very hard crusts or with fresh bread or cakes. Please note: The blade blade should be at least 5 cm longer than the bread to be cut and use the entire cutting length.

The knive blade is made of high quality chrome molybdenum steel, hardened in a vacuum process to 56 - 57 Rockwell hardness. Highly polished surface for maximum rust resistance and edge retention. Hand sharpened for perfect sharpness. Made in Germany with a lifetime warranty.
This Giesser Messer Knives come with a stamped blade and are fully molded TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) plastic handles with a non-slip and pleasantly grippy material (TPE). The well-formed protective nose provides a secure hold and reduces the risk of slipping of the knife-guiding hand. The plastic handle is suitable for contact with foodstuffs and complies with the requirements of the following legislation. The knives are dishwasher-proof. To protect the cutting edge, however, we recommend manual cleaning.
