Wavy edge, angled, black plastic handle. Very suitable for cutting bread rolls or bagels as well as slicing cakes in the baking sheet. Through the regular waves along the cutting edge, the knife slides safely and without slipping through all the material to be cut with hard shells or crusts. The shaft distance (from tip to tip) is 6 mm.

The knive blade is made of high quality chrome molybdenum steel, hardened in a vacuum process to 56 - 57 Rockwell hardness. Highly polished surface for maximum rust resistance and edge retention. Hand sharpened for perfect sharpness. Made in Germany with a lifetime warranty.
This Giesser Messer Knives come with a stamped blade and are fully molded TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) plastic handles with a non-slip and pleasantly grippy material (TPE). The well-formed protective nose provides a secure hold and reduces the risk of slipping of the knife-guiding hand. The plastic handle is suitable for contact with foodstuffs and complies with the requirements of the following legislation. The knives are dishwasher-proof. To protect the cutting edge, however, we recommend manual cleaning.
