Blade made of high quality chrome molybdenum steel, hardened in a vacuum process to 56 - 57 Rockwell hardness.
The matt-polished edge offers optimum rust resistance. So that every knife is sharpened from the start, the final grinding and removal is done by hand. Standard plastic handle made of particularly non-slip and pleasantly grippy material (TPE). The well-formed protective nose provides a secure hold and reduces the risk of slipping of the knife-guiding hand. The knives are dishwasher-proof. To protect the cutting edge, however, we recommend manual cleaning.
