Make strips (ribbons) out of fruit and vegetable. Use it on potatoes, carrots, turnips, beets, apples, pears, and other firm vegetables. Strips can then be cut with knives or punches to make decorations. Comes with standard cutting block thickness of 1. 5 mm. Recipe booklet and cleaning brush included.
