Designed specifically for use with the "Original" Mandoline, these blades are reversible. One side aligns to provide a 2 millimeter cut, and one side aligns to provide a 8 millimeter cut. These blades allow you the versatility of making cuts of various thicknesses, so you can accommodate whatever recipe you're making.
