Description:

The perfect knife for cutting and dicing fruit and vegetables. Blade shape mainly supports the oppressive cut.
Blade made of high quality chrome molybdenum steel, hardened in a vacuum process to 56 - 57 Rockwell hardness.
The matt-polished edge offers optimum rust resistance.


The scalloped edge allows better cutting. The blade slides with less friction through each cut material. This allows fatigue-free working and protects the cutting edge. The special feature of this knife besides the the highest-quality blade is the handle. It is made of two components. The inner red core is continuous and gives the handle the stability. The outer skin is made of particularly soft plastic. Together with the special surface, this handle allows fatigue-free and very slip-proof working. The knife is always well in the hand.

 

The Giesser Messer Knives come with a stamped blade and are fully molded TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) plastic handles. This material is specially slip proof, gives a comfortable and secure grip. Made in Germany with a lifetime warranty. The knives are dishwasher-proof. To protect the cutting edge, however, we recommend manual cleaning.

All blades are polished several times on special machines. The cutting edge and cutting angle are optimally aligned to the needs of professional users. The hand polish at the end of the production ensures the perfect sharpness. The classic shape adapts well to each hand and supports effortless cutting and working. Standard plastic handle made of particularly non-slip and pleasantly grippy material (TPE). The well-formed protective nose provides a secure hold and reduces the risk of slipping of the knife-guiding hand.
