The Giesser Messer Knives come with a stamped blade and are fully molded TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) plastic handles. This material is specially slip proof, gives a comfortable and secure grip. Made in Germany with a lifetime warranty. The knives are dishwasher-proof. To protect the cutting edge, however, we recommend manual cleaning.
