It will heat faster than any other quality pan, respond to changes in the temperature of your stove, cook food evenly over the surface of the pan thanks to the squeeze cast aluminium construction and integrated induction base, and the non stick is not only blissfully so, but so tough, whist you can’t go as cutting food in the pan, metal implements won’t ruin the performance of the coating if used sensibly. It will also go in the oven, which is a great way of cooking through thick cuts of meat and fish once they have been seared or finishing omelettes. Made in Denmark with a liftetime warranty.
Lids will sit slightly inside the edge of the frypan due to the fact that the frypan has angled sides. The lids were not specifically designed to fit on the frypans, but many, many customers use these lids on these frypans.
