Please note: The blade blade should be at least 5 cm longer than the bread to be cut and use the entire cutting length. Blade made of high quality chrome molybdenum steel, hardened in a vacuum process to 56 - 57 Rockwell hardness. The matt-polished edge offers optimum rust resistance.
Through the regular waves along the cutting edge, the knife slides safely and without slipping through all the material to be cut with hard shells or crusts. The shaft distance (from tip to tip) is 6 mm. Standard plastic handle made of particularly non-slip and pleasantly grippy material (TPE). The well-formed protective nose provides a secure hold and reduces the risk of slipping of the knife-guiding hand.
