Vienna Plus is ideal for creating coffee bar quality espressos at home. This Italian-made machine features simple push button technology with a dial display that lets you easily set your servings anywhere from 1 to 8 ounces. It also features an adjustable conical burr grinder and Saeco's OptiDose capability that allows you to adjust the amount of coffee from 6-9 grams giving you espresso just the way you like it. It also has a 1.68 L  removable water tank, a removable brew group for easy cleaning, and a steam wand with a pannarello attachment which allows you to make delicious cappuccinos and lattes right at home. The Vienna Plus also features Saeco's Aroma System, in which a pre-brewing cycle occurs that injects hot water into the ground coffee to maximize the flavor extraction.

Saeco Aroma System^® - To optimize the flavor extraction, a special program step injects a little hot water into the freshly ground coffee, in order to soak it and let it swell up. This is done just before the actual brew cycle commences.

Opti-Dose^® - Here you will find a lever that will allow you to adjust the amount of coffee to be ground for each individual cup. Adjust it from 6 grams (- sign) to 9 grams (+ sign) to change the strength of the coffee. The Opti-Dose adjustable doser enhances the flexibility to make your perfect cup of espresso or regular coffee. Not only can you adjust the fineness of the grinds and the level of coffee brewed, but also the amount of ground coffee used to make each individual cup from 6 – 9 grams.
