Terra cotta is basic earth, low fired with an interior glaze (contains no
lead) . Place
cast iron carmelizer over stovetop, then hold it close above the surface
of the sugars, for caramelization of the creme brulee.
Dishes go from oven to table. They are
resistance to heat and cold and are glazed and fired making them durable.
