Heat Distributing Plate in Stainless Steel - These heat distributing plates are Ideal for placing underneath the tagines when used on the stovetop. They prevent your tagines from cracking and give you an even distribution of heat on your tagine's base. This 3 ply capsule stainless steel plate acts as the heat distributing base. They also avoids scratches on flat Vitro ceramics stove tops. Works on all kinds of stove tops.

- 8" plate will fit small 8" tagines
- 9.5" plate will fit the 9.5" and 10"  tagines.
