The new Stradivari PSC 16 allows 16 cups of espresso to be made consecutively. Boiler
and group in chromed brass, chromed base, safety valve, steam jet
interchangeable with Automatic Cappuccino maker, sight glass. Handles:
lever, filter holder, boiler cap, steam knob in ABS plastic. Manometer
also included on machine. The Stardivari's smooth curved lever mechanism,
a tribute to the celebrated Italian violin maker by the same name. The
handles on the Strativari Professional are made of ABS plastic, so you
won't burn your hands while the unit is on. In addition to its

Professional is one of

quality. By lifting the lever, one raises a piston inside the group,
allowing water under pressure to infuse the coffee in the filter holder.
The lever is then lowered causing the piston to force the water through
