All the above pans have a 3.00 - 5.0 mm thick capsule bottom. The tri-ply bottom consist of 2 stamps of 18/10 stainless with a aluminium plate in-between them for even distribution of heat.

- Measurements are from the top rim of the pan, handles are an additional 2" for each side.
- Pans larger than 18.0"- 46 cm  will not fit in a normal oven.
