Epoca E1 ( Plumbed In ) model includes all of the benefits of a semi-commercial, with programmable brewing buttons, direct water connection and a built-in water tank for convenient home use. The Epoca E1features commercial quality components like an Internal volumetric pump, three-way solenoid valve for maximum heat retention and an oversized brass boiler with a heat exchanger.
