Polish Carbon steel 1.8 mm - Green handles
Responds very quickly to changes in temperature. The pan is shallow with a
dimpled flat bottom. Has two enameled green handles (oven safe) riveted on either side, smaller handles than the red handle models. Can be used on both stovetop and oven. Requires some care, It should be dried immediately after hand washing and its surface rubbed with vegetable oil to prevent rusting.

First time use: Boil water in pan for 15 minutes, wash, dry and rub down pan with cooking oil. Quality and heat distribution is good, advantage on this line is the price. 10 years warranty. These pans have smaller enameled handles compared to the carbon steel red paella pans and have a 1.8 mm body thickness.
