To adjust the cut , your slicer includes two screw down
button:
Button A - Use
one side for grating and wafer cuts, and the other for cutting thin
strips. Unscrew button A, turn the plate over then screw back down again.
Adjust the desired cutting width by tightening nearer or further from the
center.
Button B - Screw
down to increase the fineness of the cut. Unscrew to increase the
thickness of the cut. Graduated steps on the side allow you to judge the
cutting thickness.
