All drop ship
order will require a credit card number to be kept on file as the method
of payment. Orders are processed in 24 hrs and shipped out to your
customer usually the same day.

FedEx ground service. Depending on where, shipments usually take for 3
to 7 working days to arrive, An email will be sent to you with the
tracking number.

charge a drop shipment fee over $100.00. Otherwise there is a flat fee
of $10.00.

We offer free
shipping over $100.00. Otherwise
it's only a flat fee of $ 15.00 within the United
States ( except Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Alaska ) and Canada
( except Yukon and the Territories ) where FedEx ground regular service is
available. We fully insure our
shipments with FedEx.

There is no
minimum order amount for drop shipping with us.

There will be
no packing slip sent your your customers..

If you
customer receives a damaged product, we will replace and send them a new
item, no questions asked. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy
with our drop shipment program.

Returns of
non defective merchandise requires a return authorization number (
RMA # ) and should be shipped freight prepaid back to us.

We will gladly accept any returns
or If for any
other reason your customer is not satisfied with
their purchase, they may return it for a refund of the
purchase price less
original internal shipping
costs.
Items must be in new and unused condition, with it's original packaging.
It can be returned within 60 days of purchase
date with a Return Merchandise authorization number ( RMA #
). We
are unable to accept unauthorized returns.

Problems
due to a manufacturing defects are covered under a manufacturer
warranty. The item will have to be sent back to us for a replacement.
