Mongolian Hot Pot Fondue
- A Mongolian hot pot or
Chinese pot is a large cooking and serving fondue like pot. It is used for
meat and vegetable fondues. Made in Italy with a lifetime warranty. This copper Mongolian pot is hand
hammered with wooden side handles. The pot is lined inside with tin, to
prevent acidic foods from reacting with the copper. The fondue like hot
pot has an alcohol burner underneath for heating the hot pot. A baffle in
the tube helps to bring more heat to the pot. For the burner, use alcohol
