The Mini Vivaldi S1 ( Pour over water tank reservoir )- single group espresso machine brings the high quality performance of La Spaziale range into a compact form. With a large 2 Litres water tank and programmable coffee dosing and group temperature this is an ideal machine where space is in short supply. The Mini Vivaldi features independent Steam and Coffee Boilers with optional 15 or 20 Amp Current Draw. At the Flick of a Switch you can use the Additional 5 Amps provided within the Unit. This Espresso Machine has an adjustable Heat Exchanger Temperature Control directly on the Front Control Panel. The Mini Vivaldi is well crafted and accounts for portability through a front load water reservoir that may be pulled out for easy access.

Please note: The Mini Vivaldi S1 has a temperature gauge with increments of 5 degrees ( 85 to 120 Celsiuis.
