The Gourmet Bron mandoline is made of 18/10 stainless steel. This model has four interchangeable julienne blades plus a wavy "waffle cutting blade" and a plastic hand guard. This mandoline will easily produce perfect julienne, matchstick, French fry and crinkle cuts on any vegetable. Extremely portable, fast and easy to use!

There are 4 julienne cutting blades in a carrying case with a lever on the bottom of the mandoline that allows paper thin cuts to 0.5" thick cuts. Each blades must be inserted manually onto the mandoline.

- 36 blades,   3mm ( 0.12" ) wide cut.
- 22 blades,   5mm ( 0.20" ) wide cut.
- 13 blades,   7mm ( 0.28" ) wide cut.
- 10 blades, 10mm ( 0.39" ) wide cut.

15.5" Length x 4.5" Width x 3" tall when standing for a total of 2.5 Ibs
