The Rituale features a 1.4-liter STAINLESS STEEL heat exchanger boiler for continuous espresso and steam production. New body in stainless steel AISI 304. 1300-watt heat element for fast heat up and recovery time. Automatic boiler refill system for best performance. Pressure stat allows you to adjust the pressure and temperature within the boiler very easy. Dual pressure gauge monitors boiler and pump pressure.  E61 commercial group head with thermal siphon to maintain a consistent temperature throughout the brew group. Heated cup-warming surface.

• Heavy Duty Pump - The Rituale uses a 52-watt vibratory pump that provides the exact pressures needed to deliver perfect espresso. The lines from the pump, to the boiler, and from the boiler to the group head are all commercial grade items, with a big, beefy piece of cast brass helping to complete the trip. Other machines may feel the need to advertise their BAR rating; the Venus doesn't have to - it's a given the machine has the power to spare.
