Magnifica S ECAM 23450 SL is one of the smallest super-automatic espresso
machines on the market. Along with being space-efficient, this Delonghi
model is also equipped with an environmentally friendly Energy Saving
Switch to help you cut down on energy use by as much as 77%. The Magnifica
S ECAM 23450 SL can be programmed to automatically shut off after 1-3
hours of inactivity.
The Delonghi Magnifica SL ECAM 23450 SL
features a built-in, professional grade conical burr grinder with 13 grind
adjustments. It is equipped with noise-reduction technology for low-pitch,
quiet operation. This super-automatic espresso machine uses a patented
“Direct-to-Brew” System that grinds beans just prior to brewing for fresh
beverages. The grinder is accompanied by a 5.3-ounce bean hopper with a
secure aroma-saving lid to allow you to safely store your beans. There is
also a bypass doser to accommodate pre-ground coffee.
This one-touch espresso machine
maintains proper brewing temperature with a convenient instant re-heat
function. It has a double boiler to allow you to perform back-to back
brewing and frothing without any down time. There are five programmable
coffee strength settings and 4 drink volume options for customized
beverages.
The Magnifica SL ECAM 23450 SL has a
fully automated milk system. It comes with a removable milk container that
can be detached from the machine and stored in the refrigerator until
you’re ready to prepare a beverage. If you want to make a cappuccino or
latte, simply attach the milk tank to the front of the machine and make
your beverage selection. The Magnifica S ECAM 23450 SL will automatically
steam or froth the milk and dispense it directly into your cup. This
user-friendly system has a dedicated clean button to let you rinse milk
components to remove residue and prevent clogs.
A generous 60-ounce removable water
reservoir keeps you ready to brew. Using tap water is never an issue, as
the Delonghi Magnifica SL ECAM 23450 SL has a built-in water filtration
system to remove minerals and impurities from tap water for better tasting
drinks and reduced scale buildup. Water hardness levels can also be
programmed into the machine to allow it to better adapt to water
conditions in your area.
This innovative machine has a removable
drip tray with a dedicated alert that will notify you when it is full and
needs to be emptied. There is also a blue, two-line display screen with
crisp icons for quick reference. A cup warmer, located on the top of the
