D-10 Food Dehydrator - The D-10 now comes with a removable back panel, attached to the sides of the unit with latches. By allowing the back panel to be separated from the machine, cleaning and routine maintenance procedures are quick and painless. Similarly, we've incorporated our innovative racking system into this unit, featuring removable shelving brackets for more thorough cleaning.

The D-10 now stands slightly taller on 1" legs, maximizing air circulation around the dehydrator. This new unit features improved controls with a new timer feature, allowing you to set your dehydrator for up to 12 hours of drying. The unit will automatically turn off at the end of the cycle. Want to dehydrate thicker food taking more than 12 hours or use a lower temperature setting? The controls also allow you dehydrate without using the timer so you can dehydrate to your own personal standards. For your convenience, we've also included a power indicator light to alert you when power is running to your dehydrator. Finally, we added a hole in the louvered door for the insertion for a thermometer so you can closely monitor the internal conditions during dehydration. D-12 Food Dehydrator - re-designed with digital controls. All the size and power of a commercial dehydrator in a model for home use. With 12 shelves and up to 30 square feet of drying space, this dehydrator can handle the dehydration needs of even the largest family. This model has all the features of our digital D-10 in a larger design.

This dehydrator is by no means lacking in efficiency. The louvers on the door facilitate water removal, and the vertical location of the 2 rear mounted fans improve air circulation throughout the entire machine. With all of the improvements, the D-14 still maintains the quality and dependability of a Sausage Maker product. D-14 Food Dehydrator - Stainless Steel Insulated Digital Food Dehydrator puts you in complete control. A new, easy to use LCD control panel allows you to create up to 8 individualized, savable programs with your food dehydrator. With a maximum of 5 intervals of customizable temperature and duration settings, you can program your dehydrator to produce the same consistent results every time.

Like our standard model D-14 Food Dehydrator, this unit maintains the quality and dependability of a Sausage Maker product, but features a more powerful control head. Using the same control panel as we do on our D-20 Commercial Food Dehydrator, the D-14 Insulated model includes (4) 220V, 3-Speed motors. The different speed motors featured on this food dehydrator allow you to control the intensity of the air circulation, giving you versatility to dehydrate different products. Set the fan speed on your food dehydrator to ‘High’ and dehydrate thick slices of meat for low-fat, high protein jerky. Choose ‘Low’ setting for a less vigorous fan speed and dry herbs.

Our D-14 Insulated Food Dehydrator is our largest dehydrator for home use. With up to 36 square feet of drying space, this unit can dry up to 21 pounds of food. Our digital control head allows you to program the dehydrator with your own custom recipes for a consistent result every time. Use your D-14 to make jerky, dry fruits and vegetables, or make fruit leather.
