This rectangular pan is great for roasting meats, lasagne and for preparing large dishes in the oven. Features include an interior surface of 18/10 stainless steel which will not react with food, and does not require "re-tinning" like traditional tin-lined copper. Suitable for all kinds of stovetops and ovens. Dishwasher safe.
