Classic Mandoline Slicer
- This slicer is made of 18/10 stainless steel. Ideal to slice a variety of fruits
and vegetables. It has five interchangeable cutting blades. This classic
mandolin is well equipped to slice, julienne, crinkle and waffle
cut. The levers on the top of the mandolin allows for gradual thickness
adjustments from paper thin slices up to 0.5" slices.
The mandolin
comes with 5 cutting blades and a plastic hand pusher ( 5.5" ) to anchor and slide vegetables and fruit along the
glide plate and protects the fingers from the blades. The entire slicer
is made of 18/10 stainless steel with sturdy rubber handle and feet stands. This classic model ( compared
to the Deluxe model ) is slightly smaller in size, has no rubber gripping handle and
the pusher is of regular size.14" Length
