The Cellini Premuin plus heavy-duty
stainless steel construction is sure to be a favorite among prosumer
enthusiasts. With the introduction of the commercially rated Sirai
Pressure Stat, this updated model offers increased accuracy throughout the
unit’s lifespan. The Cellini Premium Plus now also has an enhanced thermo
siphon system, featuring larger copper channels to increase water flow
from the boiler to the brew group, allowing for a quicker warm up.
Additional upgrades include a water reservoir monitoring and warning
system.

Features such as cool touch steam and
hot water wands enhance the experience.
The boiler has been nickel plated, and
has a solid, lead free brass end plate to aid thermal stability and heat
retention.
Boiler capacity of 1.8 liters has been
matched to the thermo siphon system to enhance the balance of the espresso
machine and the ability to texture perfect milk.
The 1.8 liter boiler ensures quick heat
up time to optimize perfect extraction temperature of 92 degrees, now
controlled by a full commercial grade, SIRI pressure stat.

-The celebrated E-61 brew group is known for delivering exceptional
temperature stability. Made of chrome-plated marine brass the group is
designed to create the perfect environment for espresso extraction. Hot
water is constantly circulated between the boiler and brew-group to ensure
proper brewing temperature.
