The Cellini Premium Plus now also has an enhanced thermo siphon system, featuring larger copper channels to increase water flow from the boiler to the brew group, allowing for a quicker warm up. Additional upgrades include a water reservoir monitoring and warning system.

    Commercial E-61 Brew Group -The celebrated E-61 brew group is known for delivering exceptional temperature stability. Made of chrome-plated marine brass the group is designed to create the perfect environment for espresso extraction. Hot water is constantly circulated between the boiler and brew-group to ensure proper brewing temperature.

    Nickel-Plated Copper Boiler- Made of pure copper, the boiler features a lead-free brass endplate that allows for 40% more heat retention and steam power, when compared to other boilers. Also, the boiler is nickel-plated to guard against oxidation and reduce scale buildup. The boiler has a 1.8-liter capacity.

    Pre-Infusion- The Cellini Premium Plus has a dual pre-infusion feature, consisting of a mechanical pre-infusion system and a static pre-infusion chamber, resulting in flavorful, aromatic, and crema-rich extractions.

    No-Burn Steam Wand- Rocket Espresso’s patented cool-touch technology ensures that the steam wand is safe to use. The heavy-duty wand has a two-hole tip; this model also features a separate, stainless-steel water dispenser.

    Water Sensor & Reservoir - The Cellini Premium Plus comes equipped with a low-water-level sensor that will automatically shut off the machine to prevent a dry boiler. A warning system will also alert you when the water reservoir needs to be replenished. The water reservoir has a generous 98oz capacity.
