Has two enameled red handles (oven safe) riveted on either side ( larger handles than the green handle models seen above). Can be used on both stovetop and oven. These paella pans have a thicker body gauge and have larger red enameled handles, compared to the above paella pans.

Requires some care, It should be dried immediately after hand washing and its surface rubbed with vegetable oil to prevent rusting.
