The
Brewtus II is a double boiler semi commercial espresso/cappuccino machine with
style, it’s an extremely high quality
espresso machine, solidly built, with a great finish.
It has a solid construction, extremely good
build quality and features a professional E61 group head. Accessories includes: Tamper, Single shot
filter basket, Double shot filter basket, back flush disc and a 7 gram
coffee scoop.
Features
two manometers - one gauge to control the brewing pressure (pump
pressure) and the other to measure the steam
boiler pressure.
The user is able to modify the temperature of the brew boiler by pressing
the up or down arrows in the digital temperature control. The Brewtus II,
no fuss temperature control allows to use a large range of blends and
single origin coffees, and to quickly and accurately determine the optimal
brew conditions for each blend.
The
double insulated boilers system allow the user to to draw espresso shots
and steam at the same time. There is a brewing pressure adjustment knob
located behind the drip tray, and a no-burn steam wand. The Brewtus
II is completely in polished stainless steel. A super-sized 3.0 liters
removable reservoir with a low water sensor
