These units provide an even roast and great tasting coffee whether roasted light or dark.

Swissmar's Bravi home coffee roaster is programmed to roast in multiple cycles. It's designed to achieve consistent and even roasting results. The cycle starts with a warming/drying cycle then goes into the roasting cycle at a higher and a slightly lower temperature followed by a cooling cycle and then expelling cycle. All cycles are temperature and time controlled to ensure optimal roasting results independent from the room temperature. The cooling process might vary between 6-10 minutes until the roaster reaches about 122F (50C) depending on room temperature.

• Large roasting capacity: Bravi roasts 1/2 lb (225 g) of green beans at a single time, supplying +/- 25-30 cups of coffee.
