Couscoussier or Couscous Stock Pots is a traditional steaming and cooking pot used in the preparation of a Moroccan dish called couscous, also known as a couscoussiére. Couscous generally refers to semolina or ground wheat that is steamed in the top part, which obviously has holes in its base, and to lamb, beef or other foods cooked in a type of stew in the bottom container. Couscous plates and dishes are made with flavored stocks, herbs, and spices, and with vegetables, dried fruits, nuts, and/or meat added or used as a topping. All of our models are made of a high grade stainless steel with different price points to fit everyone needs.
